The Think Room
There are times in life where the quiet you need to focus your brain on a significant question, the drive to explore the perspectives needed to make a great decision, or the playbook for the path ahead are just not as readily available as you need them to be. It is at those moments where a coach can be your best ally.
How I do that may seem simple but it is far from. Every second I spend with you, I am making a decision: how to listen, when to intervene, what to ask, how deep to go, where to challenge or support to unlock your progress, and how to hold a safe space for you.
That is how I guide your discovery and how I am able to multiply the power within you. Multiple techniques serve the same thinker in different moments of the journey, in an integrative approach that feels natural and fluid. Context often acts as an accelerator, and when you work with a coach that has walked in your shoes, there is a base level of understanding that, well used, creates trust and cuts across the layers to what is really important.
That is what The Think Room is built on. The experience of having sat where you sit now, coupled with the rigour of an expert coaching journey that flows.

About Teté
I started my career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in London. The temptation to move client side came as strategic and analytical profiles like mine were needed in the retail industry, which was taking digital channels seriously, perhaps for the first time. That was the first time I owned a number and the commercial levers to deliver it — and I got hooked. From there, I experienced different industries and expanded remits, but always with a mandate to transform, grow, and deliver a customer and brand outcome to be proud of. I am also an independent board director and an angel investor, with a particular interest in women entrepreneurs and the environment.
The corporate ladder has been a rewarding home. Recently, when our family moved back to Spain, I got a chance to hit the pause button. I realised that while I loved the impact of the C-suite, the moments that stayed with me weren't the revenue or project milestones, but the relationships I built and the pride I felt helping talent and teams grow. So I decided to trade the exec table for the coaching chair.
I have the utmost respect for the trade, and so I've spent the last year training under one of the most demanding programmes there is. I am now working as an advisor, mentor and executive coach, focusing on the opportunities where my experience can make a real difference.
