Sometimes, finding a clear path forward when wearing all the hats required to lead in an increasingly complex world feels impossible. A great coach will create a positive thinking space and help you find the insight and the courage to break through. We help you notice the missing signals to guide a deeper discovery of yourself and the people and systems that surround you. That's how we are able to multiply the thinking power within you.
Building trust is key. I use multiple techniques to create an experience that feels natural and fluid but gets to what is important, breaks limiting assumptions, brings forward strengths and summons motivation.
In coaching, context acts as a powerful accelerator. When you work with a coach that has walked in your shoes, there is a depth of understanding that cuts across the layers. I have 25 years of experience as a senior commercial leader, Director and angel investor with companies like Bain, Telefónica and The Access Group. I now work as an advisor, mentor and executive coach for executives and founders like me. They chose me because I know what it's like to own numbers that feel too ambitious, I've led through transformation in impossible timelines, and I've learnt to motivate diverse teams in times of uncertainty.

About Teté
I started my career as a strategy consultant in London. When I moved client side, for the first time, I got to own a number and the commercial levers to deliver it and I was hooked. Since then I have experienced multiple industries and expanded remits, but always with a mandate to transform, grow, and deliver a commercial, customer and brand outcome to be proud of. I am also an independent board director and an angel investor, with a particular interest in women entrepreneurs and the environment.
Recently, when our family moved back to Spain, I got a chance to hit the pause button. I realised that while I loved the impact of the C-suite, revenue or project milestones provided only fleeting satisfaction and the moments that stayed with me were the relationships I built and the pride I felt helping colleagues and teams grow. So I decided to trade the exec table for the coaching chair.
I have the utmost respect for this profession, and so I've spent a year training under one of the most demanding programmes there is. I am now working as an advisor, mentor and executive coach, focusing on the opportunities where my experience can make a real difference to my thinkers.
